Tiahra is a Strategic Social Growth Advisor and the founder of TN Advisory. Before building the firm, she spent years developing a personal brand across social media, consistently achieving engagement rates 3-4x the industry average. That reach didn’t come from chasing trends. It came from a strategic, methodology-driven
approach to audience building, the same frameworks she now translates into growth
strategies for established businesses.
Her work has included brand partnerships with
Hulu, Cash App, and Metro by TMobile, among others, where she developed and scaled digital campaigns at the highest level. When a nonprofit organization sought her strategic guidance, Tiahra recognized that the businesses who needed her most weren’t startups; they were established organizations with strong reputations and
social presences that didn’t reflect them. That’s when TN Advisory was founded.
